Chrissy Teigen has opened up on the "insane" nightmares she is experiencing whilst pregnant.
The former model and presenter, 36, is currently expecting another baby with husband John Legend, 43.
But it appears her pregnancy journey hasn't been smooth sailing for Chrissy.
Taking to Twitter today, the mother-of-two revealed how she was previously put on medication to help cope with nightmares - but can't take them whilst pregnant.
She told her followers: "I have had such insane, sweaty nightmares most of my life and was put on a blood pressure medication at bedtime. It made them completely go away. I can’t take it pregnant and they’re back.
"I guess this is just a PSA for anyone that has them."
Chrissy added: "I will wake up a few times a night just to dry off or the cold air will kill me. And if I wake up and fall back asleep, it treats it like a commercial and picks up right where it left off lol."
It comes days after the couple revealed they expecting a 'miracle' baby - two years after losing their son Jack.
Chrissy shared two beautiful pictures of her blossoming baby bump as she described the 'joy' that has been blessed on the family after their heartache.
Speaking about her fertility and pregnancy journey so far, she penned: "The last few years have been a blur of emotions to say the least, but joy has filled our home and hearts again.
"1 billion shots later (in the leg lately, as u can see!) we have another on the way.
"Every appointment I’ve said to myself, “ok if it’s healthy today I’ll announce” but then I breathe a sigh of relief to hear a heartbeat and decide I’m just too nervous still.
"I don’t think I’ll ever walk out of an appointment with more excitement than nerves but so far, everything is perfect and beautiful and I’m feeling hopeful and amazing. Ok phew it’s been very hard keeping this in for so long!"
The couple share two children together — Luna, five, and Miles, three.
In September 2020, they tragically lost their third child, a baby boy they had called Jack, 20 weeks into her pregnancy.
John previously opened up about their heartache after losing Jack in an interview with The Guardian.
He said: "We were tested. It was a tragedy. But I think it strengthened our resolve and our resilience because we were there for each other.
"We came out even more sure of who we were as a couple and as a family."
