A source told the outlet: “Lake is very down-to-earth, and like Chris, she’s not at all caught up in the Hollywood fakeness. [Chris] finds her very refreshing.”

His new romance comes months after he was famously slapped live during the 2022 Oscars by Will Smith.
The comedian had made a joke about Smith’s wife Jada-Pinkett Smith, who was in the audience, being bald as he referenced her to movie character GI Jane.
Smith stormed the stage and slapped Rock sending shockwaves through the showbiz circuit.
The Men in Black actor apologised for his actions following the incident and he has since been officially banned from attending the Oscars for 10 years.
Rock said on 30 March that he had not spoken to Smith since the slap, though he addressed it a month later during a comedy show in California,
He said: “I’m okay. I have a whole show, and I’m not talking about that until I get paid. Life is good. I got my hearing back.”
Despite the incident, Smith went onto receive an Academy Award for Best Actor that night.
However, he has been banned from attending the Oscars for a decade.
