Parks and Recreation star Chris Pratt has made an admission about being a father.
He has said that every father "secretly fantasizes about what they would do if someone ever f***** with their kids".
The 43-year-old Minnesota-born star, who is a dad to three kids, is clearly a very protective father.
He has opened up about about protecting his kids and how he would respond if someone ever did anything to his kids in a new interview.
The actor recently starred in The Terminal List, which is a show inspired by Jack Carr's novel wherein the main character's family is murdered.
Speaking to Men's Journal, the father-of-three discussed the new Amazon Prime series, which will premiere on July 1.
He said: "Some critic said something like it was an 'unhinged revenge fantasy.' And, to be honest, that's exactly what it is in a way.
"Whenever you're put in a position, or even imagine a position, where those kids are in danger, your mind goes to wild places. I mean if I was put through the situations that James was in, I would probably do the same f****** thing," he candidly admitted.
"I think that's why those storylines resonate so strongly with fathers," he then said.
The Terminal List is a series that follows Lieutenant Commander James Reece after his platoon of Navy SEALs is ambushed while on a covert mission.
Returning home to his family with conflicting memories of the event, new evidence emerges and he discovers dark forces are working against him - which could endanger his life and his family's lives too.
Continuing his chat on the matter, Chris added: "I think every dad secretly fantasises about what they would do if someone ever f***** with their kids.
"Your partner sees you staring off into the distance and says, 'Honey, what are you thinking about?' And you say, 'Oh, nothing.' But what you're really thinking is, Where's the duct tape and how deep is the trunk? I think that's most dads.
"Or maybe that's just me and I'm revealing something here," he added.
"But as someone who's talked to a lot of dads, I think we all ask ourselves what we would do. That's one of the reasons Liam Neeson's movie Taken was such a hit. Us dads are just like, 'Yes! Get 'em! Use that special set of skills'," Chris went on.
Chris has three children, with him sharing Jack Pratt, 10, with Anna Faris from their relationship.
And Lyla Maria Schwarzenegger Pratt, 2 and Eloise Christina Schwarzenegger Pratt, 1, from his marriage to Arnold Schwarzenegger's daughter Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt, with them still married today.
Elsewhere in the interview, Chris revealed that he thinks people should "rush" to have children.
"People say all the time, 'Don't rush to have kids.' I personally disagree. Rush. Have them. Of course, make sure you find a great partner, but don't wait," he gushed.
