Chris Pratt and his wife Katherine Schwarzenegger are selling their beautiful home in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles for $32 million, Robb Report Real Estate reports.
The couple bought the California home for $15.6 million in 2018 and did a full home renovation before moving into the home in January 2021 with their two young daughters.
In that time the house was featured in Netflix’s Get Organized with The Home Edit.
Though the Avengers star and animal rights activist are ready for new stomping grounds, they are certainly leaving a legacy at their old home. The property, listed by Coldwell Banker Realty, was completely decked out during the renovation, with Chris and Katherine turning this LA home into the ultimate entertainment palace.
The space is nearly 13,000 square feet, and every foot has been devoted to making it exceptionally functional and fun. Inside the house has a full-sized movie theater and a golf simulator. The stars have also built an in-home gym with a state-of-the-art spa equipped with a sauna, steam room, and a hot and cold plunge.
Outside, the opportunities are even more exciting. The house sits on nearly an acre of land with views of the Los Padres Mountains, the coastline of Santa Monica Bay, and the ‘Queens Necklace of Palos Verdes. The saltwater pool includes a Baja shelf, a hot tub, and swim jets. Once you’ve dried off, you won’t want to head inside without visiting the estate’s resort-like pool cabana. The structure includes a full kitchen, a pizza oven, and a chef’s built-in barbeque area.
Aside from the more whimsical features, the home offers ultimate functionality. A top-of-the-line security system keeps the residents safe, while Lutron lighting ensures convenience. The house has six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and five half bathrooms, perfect for easy hosting or a large family. An expansive three-car garage provides easy parking and storage space. Large windows across the house fill the space with natural light that reflects off the white interiors while five fireplaces add a cozy, rustic feel to the house.
The home is situated in a gated community in one of the most coveted parts of Pacific Palisades for unparalleled relaxation and privacy. Now, for $32 million, it can be yours. Out of budget? Perhaps you can just steal some of Chris and Katherine's style with these lovely lighting choices.
