TV presenter Chris Packham has reached a settlement with the Government over a legal challenge against the decision to remove or delay some green policies, his law firm has said.
The naturalist took legal action against the previous Tory government in late 2023, arguing that it acted unlawfully by delaying some policies aimed at helping the UK reach net zero by 2050.
