Tottenham have confirmed assistant manager Chris Davies has left the club to become head coach of Birmingham City.

The 39-year-old had been Ange Postecoglou’s deputy at Spurs, remaining at the role even when Swansea City approached him about the possibility of becoming their manager during last season.
