Leeds United will take on Cardiff City at Elland Road tomorrow evening as they look to reach the FA Cup fourth round for the first time since 2016/17. The Whites were knocked out of the competition by Non-League Sutton United and have endured a dismal run in the competition since.
A late Sonny Perkins equaliser spared and Leeds blushes on the road at Cardiff in the first encounter between the two sides, but it was the struggling Championship side who raced into a two-goal lead. Jaden Philogene and Sheyi Ojo gave Mark Hudson's side a 2-0 lead at the break.
Rodrigo halved the deficit just after the hour mark with Perkins securing a replay at Elland Road in the dying embers of the game. The Bluebirds have since parted company with Hudson and installed Dean Whitehead as interim first-team manager.

Leeds will be without Adam Forshaw, Crycensio Summerville, Stuart Dallas and Archie Gray with injuries. Whites head coach Jesse Marsch could welcome back Luis Sinisterra to the fold, but Liam Cooper will face a late call to be involved after picking up a knee injury yesterday.
Other than those absentees, the Whites are expected to name a close to full-strength side.
