Chloe Sims looks unrecognisable in throwback snaps she shared on Instagram to celebrate her daughter's 18th birthday.
The former TOWIE star, 41, has admitted to having a number of "cosmetic treatments", including filler in her face over the years.
However, in the photos she posted to mark Madison's big day, she appears completely fresh-faced.
Chloe captioned the snap on Instagram in which she holds her newborn daughter: "You and me baby... Happy Birthday. Let's celebrate! Wooohoo!"
In another shot, the 18-year-old is surrounded by her mum and friends all sporting pink silk pyjamas for a slumber party.
Chloe, who gave birth to Madison when she was 23, has always denied having surgery on her face, insisting she was 'born with these looks'.
"How many times can I say I haven't had surgery on my face? Surgery is changing the structure of your bones in your face," she insisted in an Instagram Story.
However, Chloe has admitted to having fillers.
Fans slammed the star for 'having too much work done' before the mum-of-one decided to go for the more "natural look" in 2021.
Taking to Instagram with before and after shots, Chloe said: "So I decided to remove my fillers... the first photo is before, the second is without filler and the third is my more natural look.."
She added: "I'm really happy that I've toned it all down and as you know I think it's important, to be honest with things like this. It's my personal choice and that makes me feel confident."
However, last year, the star showed off a dramatic makeover, which included having a number of painful injections and threads put inside her face.
Chloe explained that as she was "too young for a face lift" she would undergo a number of injections to achieve the same effect.
Filming her time in the treatment chair at an Essex clinic, she said she wanted to share the "full makeover" with her social media followers.
Posting on her Instagram Stories, Chloe revealed: "I'm having a makeover today. I'm a bit scared but she's going to make me look ten years younger.
After the first set of injections, the reality star showed off the results, saying this: "hydrates the skin" and "reduces wrinkles".
The TOWIE star then had threads inserted into her cheeks, which she claimed would give the results of a "face lift" without having to go under the surgeon's knife.
