Chloe Sims has shown off a dramatic makeover which included having a number of painful injections and threads put inside her face.
The 40-year-old The Only Way Is Essex star, who announced the she was quitting the reality show earlier this month, shared footage of her having the procedures.
The reality star was seemingly pleased with the results and reckoned it had taken years off her complexion.
Chloe said that as she was "too young for a face lift" then she would undergo a number of injections to achieve the same effect.
She filmed her time in the treatment chair at an Essex clinic, so that she could share the "full makeover" with her social media followers.
Posting on her Instagram Stories, Chloe revealed what she was going to be doing, saying: "I'm having a makeover today. I'm a bit scared but she's going to make me look ten years younger.
After the first set of injections, Chloe showed the results and said this "hydrates the skin" and "reduces wrinkles".
The TOWIE star then has threads put into her cheeks which she claimed would give the results of a "face lift" without having to go under the surgeon's knife.
She continued to tell her fans: "I'm absolutely going to crap my pants as I'm going to have threads done now.
"Apparently, I'm too young for a face lift so I've got to go through the pain awake."
Halfway through, Chloe showed that her left-hand cheek was plumper than her right and she was pleased with the results so far.
She declared: "Oh, I think I'm 21 again."
The makeover comes after Chloe decided to leave TOWIE after 11 years on the show.
ITVBe confirmed her departure in a statement, which read: "After dedicating over a decade to TOWIE, Chloe Sims has decided to depart the show.
"Chloe has been an iconic cast member and feels like it's the right time to leave the show, as she enters a new chapter in her life.”
The spokesperson confirmed that Chloe's sisters, Demi and Frankie, would also not be involved int he new series they said the "door will always be open" for them to return to the reality show.
