Chloe Sims welcomed fans into her teenage daughter’s latest birthday party as she shared videos and photos from the glamorous knees-up.
The 40-year-old TOWIE star is proud mum to her daughter Madison Sims – who turned 17 over the weekend.
Celebrations were held for the teen – who recently graduated from a beauty academy where she studied how to be a make-up expert – with family and friends attending.
Taking to Instagram over the weekend, Chloe shared highlights from the party which saw her cousin Joey Essex in attendance and the group of party guests enjoying cake and karaoke.
Chloe stunned on the day in a white vest top, black and white blazer, white jeans, and a jaunty black hat on her head which included a gold heart design.
While the birthday girl beamed in photos and videos showing her wearing an off-the shoulder playsuit and with a giant badge on her top with her age on display for all to see.
Joey looked casual in a black hoodie and a cap with butterflies across it – and he delighted his first cousin once removed by gifting her a pair of stylish Nike trainers.
Party guests enjoyed glasses of Prosecco – while Mady’s birthday cake was a tribute to her favourite football team, West Ham, with the cake made in the colours of the team and featuring a football top on it.
Family and friends partied away – and showed off their singing skills as they blasted out tunes via a karaoke machine as they rang in Mady’s 17th year in style.
Chloe shares Mady with an ex-fiancé named Matthew.
In an interview with new! magazine, she recently revealed: “I was with Maddie’s dad, Matthew, for seven years, but we ended up like brother and sister and that isn’t what I want.
“She has a good relationship with her dad. I’m very close to her dad’s parents. She is surrounded by people who love her.”
And in a recent interview with OK!, Chloe and Maddie opened up about how close they are with each other.
Mady said of Chloe: “She’ll sing all the songs that I play – even when she doesn’t know any of the lyrics. She’ll copy my style – and I don’t like matching Mummy!
“She likes copying a teenager’s style because I think my mum thinks she’s a teenager” – with Chloe agreeing: “I am! Mentally I’m a teenager.”
Mady also expressed her pride in the career that her mother has built after rising to fame on TOWIE after she joined the cast during season two back in 2011.
The teen said: “I think she has done really well being on TOWIE. She’s made loads of mates and I’m proud of her for being on TV.”
Chloe also explained why she kept Mady out of TOWIE until she was a teenager, saying: “I just felt like she was five [when Chloe started featuring on the show] and wasn’t old enough to make that decision for herself. I didn’t want to paste my child across the TV and I certainly didn’t want to use my child to make money.
“She’s obviously enjoyed things like going to events, she hasn’t been completely shut away. When she turned 16 I asked if she wanted to [film] and she said yes. She gets a little bit of money and I’m happy for her to do that.”
