Chloe Madeley and James Haskell glowed as they posed for photos as a family with baby daughter Bodhi.
The couple, who said that they are "happier than they've ever been", were joined by Chloe's parents Richard Madeley and Judy Finnegan at the family home.
On August 10, Chloe delivered her baby daughter through an emergency C-section over concerns about Bodhi's decreasing heart rate.
The couple have been trying to conceive for two years, so their daughter's arrival into the world has left them feeling on top of the world.
Chloe, 35, told OK! magazine: "I don’t feel like I’m swimming through a sea of exhaustion yet, although I hear that hits in week two. I just feel like we’ve hit the jackpot. As soon as I saw her, she just looked like this beautiful, healthy baby girl, and that’s all I cared about. I get a bit emotional!”
While James said that he is "besotted", admitting that he "cried like a baby" when Bodhi was delivered, weighing 7lb 9oz.
He said: "Obviously, I love my wife very much but I didn’t know love like this. I just want to protect her at all costs and make sure she’s OK, and make sure Chloe’s OK, too."
Opening up about how her parents have helped her since giving birth, Chloe said that they're "really besotted" and that they were "so grateful" to be staying with them.
Chloe went on to speak about how her birth did not go as planned as she had wanted to have a water birth.
"Like many women can relate to, my birth did not go to plan whatsoever,” she said. “It was small steps that over the course of 48 hours took me further and further away from what I’d planned.
"When it was all unfolding, it was really overwhelming and upsetting, and I finally understood why women freak out when things don’t go to plan.
“I really didn’t want to be induced but I always maintained throughout my pregnancy that whatever needs to happen would happen - all I cared about was my baby."
The couple also spoke about why they chose Bodhi's name and the meaning behind it.
Chloe said: "A friend of mine is a very Mother Earth-type of person, a yoga instructor, the absolute opposite of me, and she had a daughter about four years ago and picked Mia over Bodhi. I was so happy because the second she said Bodhi I was like, ‘I want it, it’s mine’. I like the Bs and the Os, the roundness and the cuteness, and I love the meaning - it means enlightenment and new life. It’s ancient Sanskrit.
“I’ve always loved Rae and Georgia was a top contender, too. James was really on the fence with Bodhi, I don’t think he was that into it, but the second he saw her he said she really looks like a Bodhi – and she really does. We just call her Bos and Bo-Bo.”
