Lionesses hero Chloe Kelly proclaimed "I'm so proud to be English" after scoring the winning penalty which secured back-to-back Euros titles for her country.

Kelly, who scored the extra-time winner in the 2022 final against Germany at Wembley, slammed home the decisive spot-kick as England beat Spain on spot-kicks after an enthralling 1-1 draw following extra time.
