A popular Chinese restaurant closed following a "complaint from a member of the public".
Tai Pan, which is on the junction of Blackstone Street and Great Howard Street in Vauxhall, has been for a number of days according to one person who contacted the ECHO. They added a number of customers turned up to the restaurant and it was closed.
A spokesperson for Liverpool City Council confirmed to the ECHO the local authority's environmental health team visited the premises last week, following "complaint from a member of the public".

The restaurant also has a sign in the window which reads: "Due to technical problem, the restaurant will be temporary closed. Apologies for any inconvenience."
It is unclear when the restaurant will reopen again. Tai Pan is set above the WH Lung supermarket and wholesaler and is known for its Dim Sum and other Chinese cuisine.
