Millions of Americans face being hit with price rises from Donald Trump’s tariffs on China, Canada and Mexico, admits US Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick.
"There may well be short-term price movements, but in the long-term, it's going to be completely different," Lutnick told CNBC in an interview on Tuesday.
