This is the moment evil mass murderer Axel Rudakubana arrived by taxi as he plotted to kill as many young children as he could at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class.

Rudakubana, then 17, armed himself with a large kitchen knife and picked the class at The Hart Space in Southport for the attack, knowing it would be filled with young girls.
