Children and adults alike are excited about the future of technology – envisioning flying cars, teleportation, and robots.
Two separate polls, carried out among 2,000 adults, and 1,000 children aged 6-10, found that both age groups hoped to encounter robots in the future.
And a third of adults (32 per cent) said they would even be willing to befriend them – compared to just a quarter of youngsters (24 per cent) who said the same.
