Merseyside Police have cordoned off an area following reports of a child falling from flats.
The ECHO has received reports that the cordon is in place after a "child has fallen." Full details surrounding the incident are not yet known and Merseyside police have been contacted for more details.
Several police vehicles are at the scene, including a mobile police station van. The cordon appears to be blocking off the entrance to the flats.

Alleged drug dealer arrested over Ashley Dale murder
An alleged drug dealer has been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of Ashley Dale.
Miss Dale, 28, was at home in Leinster Road, Old Swan, when a gunman burst through her door and fired multiple shots "indiscriminately" at around 12.40am on August 21. She was shot in the abdomen and collapsed in the rear yard of the property, where she was spotted by a neighbour.
The Knowsley Council environmental health officer, considered a "rising star" by her colleagues, was beyond help when officers arrived. Today, Merseyside Police said a 22-year-old man from Liverpool City Centre was arrested yesterday evening on suspicion of assisting an offender and conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.

Balaclava thugs bricked dad's car and called him a paedophile
A group of balaclava wearing thugs bricked a dad's car and called him a paedophile in front of his son.
Kevin Marshall, 42, was taking his son to visit his mum at an address on the Beechwood estate in Birkenhead on Monday evening when a group of teenagers reportedly started shouting "disgusting" abuse at him. Kevin, from Gateacre, claims the teenagers called him a "paedophile" and "threatened to rape" his son's mum.
The suspects, who Kevin has described as aged between 13 and 16, proceeded to throw bricks at his car as he drove off. The dad-of-one said the incident has seen his car written off but told the ECHO "things could have been much worse".
