HMRC is warning an estimated 7,500 Tax Credits, Child Benefit and Guardian’s Allowance claimants they have just a few weeks left to make a switch - or miss out on vital payments.
People with a Post Office card account (POCa) will no longer receive payments in this way from April 5.
This means anyone with a POCa must tell HMRC alternative account details as soon as possible.
