The Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Houston Texans in Week 16 and rookie wide receiver Xavier Worthy made major contributions to the defending Super Bowl champions’ win.
Worthy caught Patrick Mahomes’ only touchdown pass in the game and made a total of seven receptions that went for 65 yards.
The stands in Kansas City were a sea of red and Worthy took note of the support from the crowd that showed up in the cold weather to get loud for the Chiefs.
After the game, the team’s official Twitter account shared a message that Worthy recorded for Kansas City’s fans.
