The Kansas City Chiefs have an eight-point lead over the Houston Texans after a scoring drive that heavily featured rookie wide receiver Xavier Worthy.
Star quarterback Patrick Mahomes drove Kansas City’s offense downfield, targeting Worthy in space to chip away at Houston’s stingy defense.
When the Chiefs finally found themselves in the red zone, Mahomes looked Worthy’s way and threw him a short pass that was easily catchable near the goal line.
The former Texas Longhorn hauled the ball in and sauntered into the end zone to score.
