The Kansas City Chiefs are in a close matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals and are doing their best to earn a 2-0 start to their regular season campaign.
The Bengals’ offense marched down the field early in the game, scoring a field goal and touchdown on their first two drives, but Kansas City was quick to respond.
Quarterback Patrick Mahomes led the Chiefs’ offense to two scoring drives, and on Kansas City’s third possession, he found second-year wide receiver Rashee Rice for a 44-yard touchdown to even the score at 10.
Take a look at this video of the play, which was posted by the Chiefs’ official Twitter account:

If plays like this become routine for Mahomes and Rice, Cincinnati’s defense is in for a long game.
As the halftime whistle approaches, look for Mahomes to continue targeting the former SMU Mustang as much as possible in the absence of wide receiver Marquise ‘Hollywood’ Brown.
