The Kansas City Chiefs are bringing in some reinforcements on the offensive line.
According to his agency, VMG Sports, offensive tackle Evin Ksiezarczyk has signed with the Chiefs. Ksiezarczyk has been on the team’s radar since he was coming out of college at the University of Buffalo. He met with the Chiefs during the 2020 East-West Shrine Bowl.
The towering 6-6, 310-pound tackle started 39 games for the Bulls and was a First-Team All-MAC selection in 2019. His offensive line was an honorable mention for the Joe Moore Award (best offensive line).

Ksiezarczyk first signed in the NFL with the Atlanta Falcons as an undrafted free agent. When he didn’t make it through 53-man roster cuts, we suggested he was a target for the Chiefs. He signed with the Minnesota Vikings ahead of the 2021 offseason and spent time with both the Washington Football Team and Buffalo Bills practice squads during the 2021 NFL season.
Ksiezarczyk has never started an NFL game, but his size and college experience are certainly intriguing. The Chiefs already started off training camp with some offensive tackle attrition with two players landing on the active/PUP list. There is also the looming threat of a potential holdout from LT Orlando Brown Jr. when veterans report Tuesday.
The team has not yet made any corresponding move to make room for Ksiezarczyk, but we’ll keep you posted when they do.
