Kansas City Chiefs tackle Jawaan Taylor was a key addition to the team’s offense in the offseason, and despite a rocky start to his 2023 campaign has managed to become a valuable asset for Patrick Mahomes in pass protection.
The fifth-year lineman celebrated his 26th birthday on Saturday as Kansas City looks ahead to its Week 12 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders, and will hope to give himself another reason to celebrate with a Chiefs win on Sunday.

Taylor’s presence on Kansas City’s offensive front shouldn’t go underrated. Though he struggled with penalties earlier in the season, Taylor has proven to be a competent and capable competitor for the Chiefs through his first 10 games with the team, and with three years left on his contract after 2023, figures to be a key piece of Kansas City’s offense moving forward.
Expect Taylor to put together an excellent outing against the Raiders as he endeavors to help the Chiefs earn their eighth win of the season in Week 12.
