While the Chiefs were enjoying the week off, things fell into place very nicely for them on Sunday. The Baltimore Ravens, who have been hot on K.C.’s heels, lost to the Cleveland Browns and fell to 7-3 on the season.
The Chiefs currently have the tiebreaker over Baltimore because they have fewer conference losses. Other AFC foes such as the Cincinnati Bengals, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Los Angeles Chargers also lost on Sunday. The Chiefs will control their own destiny for the final eight weeks of the season.
