Chiedozie Ogbene has emerged as a doubt for Ireland’s Euro 2024 qualifiers against Greece and Gibraltar next month.
The Rotherham forward was forced off early in Rotherham’s crucial 1-0 win over Middlesbrough on Monday, a result that secured the Millers’ Championship survival.
Ogbene’s hamstring injury will now be assessed by club doctors, who will then communicate the extent of the problem with their Ireland counterparts.

Rotherham boss Matt Taylor said: “In the first half everything went wrong against us, Cheio Ogbene, fouled and then a hamstring.
