Chicken Shop Date girl Amelia Dimoldenberg has announced that it is shutting down the programme. The British presenter and comedian announced on Instagram that she has decided to end the series, though fans will get a few more episodes before she closes the chapter. Dimoldenberg, who created the show as a young journalist and presenter, looked back on how the idea began in her latest Instagram post. She recalled being 17 when she imagined that she might meet the love of her life while on a date in a chicken shop.
