Chesterfield office building prepares to welcome new tenants as renovation project gets underway

A Chesterfield office building is preparing to welcome an influx of new tenants following a major refurbishment.

Property and asset management firm FI Real Estate Management (FIREM) is undertaking a huge renovation of The HQ, Rowland Hill House building.

So far, a £1.2 million remodel of the ground and third floors has created a brand new reception area and meeting space.
