Cheryl made a surprising returned to Instagram following a social media break to mark her 40th birthday, and fans got an adorable rare sight of her son Bear as she celebrated the milestone.
The former Girls Aloud star shared the wholesome snaps and videos to her Instagram page after not being active since April as she sported a pair of oversized flower sunshades and captioned the post: "This is 40!" before sharing more behind the scenes snaps of her lavish birthday celebrations.
The singer shared a glimpse with her 3.4 million followers of all the fun she has been having with her friends and family including mum Joan, son Bear and Girls Aloud fellow former band members Kimberley Walsh, Nadine Coyle and Nicola Roberts.
Cheryl celebrated in style in the countryside at the Wilderness Reserve in Sussex, where they all took part in axe-throwing, archery, wild swimming, country walks and toasting marshmallows on an open fire.
And briefly seen in the shots was Cheryl's son Bear, who she shares with former One Direction star Liam Payne, as he was seen joining in all the fun.
One clip showed a small glimpse of the young six-year-old adorably toasting some marshmallows dressed in a smart suit, whilst another showed him leaping excitedly towards his granny as he praised her with a hug during axe throwing.
Cheryl and Liam have never shown their son's face in public.
Meanwhile, Nadine, Kimberley and Kimberley's husband Justin Scott were singing along to music before former EastEnders star Jake Wood, who starred alongside Cheryl during her West End debut, was seen smoking a cigar and taking part in some paddle boarding.
Cheryl captioned the video montage: "As my 40th celebrations end and a new era begins I just wanted to wish all my fellow 83 babies the happiest of happy birthdays. Wishing for you inner peace , much love , joy & happiness. We made it through the turbulence!
"They say life begins at 40 and I think I believe them. Thank you @wildernessreserve for the best birthday weekend I could’ve wished for."
It didn't take her fans and followers long to flood to the comments as they spotted Bear in the clip alongside her former bandmates and actor Jake, who is also known for playing Max Branning in BBC One's EastEnders.
Kimberley replied: "Love you," while Jake posted a string of red hearts. Little Mix star Perrie Edwards said: "Love this!"
One fan wrote: "Thanks for sharing such precious moments with us. Little Bear is too cute in his suit." whilst another wrote: "This made me crazy emotional too. You have the best people around you."
"You look so happy!!! I hope you all had a beautiful weekend celebrating & showering each other in love. 40 never looked so good," added another fan.
