Cheryl has delighted fans with the news that she is joining the cast of critically acclaimed play 2:22 A Ghost Story in London..
Over the years , Cheryl has seen her name linked to a number of shows, most notably Chicago, with her being mooted as a potential Roxie Heart, but up until now has never treaded the boards in the famous West End. However, that will all change in the New Year, as it has been announced she will take on the role of Jenny in 2:22.
Since its premiere in 2021, 2:22 has starred the likes of I'm A Celebrity winner Giovanna Fletcher, .Inbetweeners star James Buckley and Busted's Matt Willis and Cheryl will take over from ex Love Island host Laura Whitmore, who has been playing Jenny at London's Criterion Theatre since the autumn.

2:22 A Ghost Story is described as 'an edge-of-your-seat, supernatural thriller' and announcing her big news to followers on Instagram, Cheryl, who will join the cast when the show moves to the Lyric Theatre, wrote: " Hey!!! .. I am SO excited to be starring in the west end thriller @222aghoststory !! I will be playing the role of Jenny from January - April! I went to see the show with a previous cast and LOVED IT ! It is a totally new and exciting experience for me so if you’re looking for a fun night out & some entertainment in your new year tickets are available now."

Cheryl is joining the 2:22 A Ghost Story cast along with fellow new cast members Hugo Chegwin, Louise Ford and Scott Karim. Tickets for the 2023 run of 2:22 A Ghost Story are available HERE with prices starting at £10.
