Cheryl and Lily Allen have finally buried the hatchet more than 10 years after their vicious feud.
The 39-year-old was spotted leaving The Duke of York theatre in London on Wednesday with pal Jake Wood, after they watched Lily perform in the critically-acclaimed West End play The Pillowman.
Cheryl was mobbed by fans as she left the theatre wearing a chic white co-ord and black sunglasses, while former EastEnders star Jake, who became firm friends with the mum-of-one after they starred in 2:22 A Ghost Story together, walked behind her.
Fans were surprised to see the Girls Aloud singer watching Lily on stage after the pair were involved in a bitter war of words back in the mid 2000s, but it appears the duo have buried the hatchet.
Back in 2006, Lily kickstarted her feud with the Geordie pop star by releasing a song called Cheryl Tweedy, in which she complained about not looking like the singer.
However, while performing the song at Glastonbury the following year, she changed the lyrics from “I wish I looked just like Cheryl Tweedy” to “I’m glad I don’t look like f***ing Cheryl Tweedy.”
The row intensified after Lily took aim at Cheryl’s then-husband Ashley Cole, as well as her bandmate Nicola Roberts, and Cheryl bluntly labelled the best-selling singer a “chick with a d***” while on Gordon Ramsay’s The F Word.
She explained her bizarre comment during an interview with Q magazine, and said she was forced to respond to Lily after facing constant criticism.
“She called my husband ‘horrendous.’ Then she called Nicola ‘ugly.’ For another female artist to call you ugly is so awful,” Cheryl explained.
“I feel very protective of her and if that means I’m going to call Lily ‘whatever’, then I don’t care,” she fumed.
Lily refused to go down without a fight, and proceeded to publish an open letter to the Fight For This Love hitmaker, which read: “Cheryl, if you're reading this, I may not be as pretty as you, but at least I write and sing my own songs without the aid of Auto-Tune.
“I must say, taking your clothes off, doing sexy dancing and marrying a rich footballer must be very gratifying, your mother must be so proud,” she fired.
However, the rivalry soon quietened down, and in 2014, Lily said she regretted getting into the petty squabble with Cheryl.
“I wish that whole thing hadn’t happened. I like Cheryl. She’s good on The X Factor, she’s pretty and she’s got balls. I like women who do well,” she shared.
