Cheque-scam gang make £45,000 targeting businesses across Tayside

Tayside Police Scotland

A gang targeting Tayside businesses with fake cheques has made off with £45,000 of goods in recent weeks.

Police Scotland has since warned retailers to be vigilant for the scheming crooks.

The most recent crime involved a garden centre in Stonehaven.
