CHENNAI: The sixth edition of Tamil Nadu Premier League was shared by Chepauk Super Gillies and Kovai Kings after the encounter was cut short by rain. The start was delayed by over two hours which saw the contest being a 17-overs-a-side affair.

Kovai scored 138-9 thanks to Sai Sudharsan’s 42-ball 65. For Chepauk, medium-pacer Sandeep Warrier stood out with figures of 4 for 29.
