… and so Chelsea, Manchester City, Leicester City and Aston Villa go into the velvet bag for the fourth round. Already in there, having won their ties last week: Brentford, Brighton & Hove Albion, Crystal Palace, Manchester United, Preston North End, Sheffield Wednesday, Southampton, Stoke City and Tottenham Hotspur. Three ties remain, with two of them – Arsenal v Bolton Wanderers and Liverpool v West Ham United - to be played tomorrow night, after which the draw for the fourth round will be made.
