Felix clause
Gary Neville has questioned why Chelsea didn't include an option-to-buy in the loan deal which brought Joao Felix to Stamford Bridge in January. The 23-year-old forward scored the Blues' only goal against Manchester United in a disappointing 4-1 defeat on Thursday night.
In March, football.london exclusively revealed that there is no option or obligation for the west Londoners to sign Felix permanently. During his co-commentary of the Blues' clash against United on Sky Sports, Neville said: "He [Felix] is a proper player, just the way he moves with the ball it looks different.
"He is so in control, class, real class, he has options in front of him but thinks no I am going to go on my own, really good finish. They [Chelsea] have signed everybody but the one player they should have an option on they haven't got."

Scholes questions Mount
Paul Scholes has questioned whether Manchester United should sign Mason Mount this summer. The 24-year-old midfielder has been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford since entering the final 12 months of his contract at Chelsea.
"Look, I like Mason Mount… does he do enough?" said the former Red Devils midfielder on Premier League Productions. "I thought when he first came onto the scene, ‘have got a new Frank Lampard?’
"I know we talked before about not comparing players to these types. But I expected him to score goals, a lot more goals, in big games, to win you games, he hasn’t really kicked on from there. I think a change of club might not be a bad thing for him."

Ugarte bonuses
Chelsea have secured themselves a huge advantage in the race to sign Manuel Ugarte this summer. The 22-year-old has been heavily linked with an exit from Sporting CP lately – and he could be the perfect midfield partner for Enzo Fernandez.
According to Portuguese outlet A Bola, the Blues will offer the Portuguese giants an extra €2m in bonuses, in addition to paying his release clause, in order to wrap up a deal. However, seeing as PSG are also prepared to pay Ugarte's release clause, the midfielder has the pick of two clubs.
