Chelsea are set to be free to sign and sell players after the takeover of the club by Todd Boehly’s consortium - and Monaco midfield star Aurelien Tchouameni is at the top of their shopping list.
Real Madrid have long been favourites to land the 22 year-old, according to Sport, but now according to Marca, Chelsea are ready to make an approach. The Spanish paper though also say that Liverpool will be contenders.
Monaco are not expected to be able to resist offers for Tchouameni - but the French club are expected to want around £65million for the centre midfielder.
