Declan Rice rejects West Ham's ‘eight-year contract’
Chelsea target Declan Rice has reportedly turned down West Ham's offer of a new eight-year contract extension, as reported by The Sun , as they try to keep the England international at the club this summer. Rice is yet to decide on his immediate future but has made it clear that he wishes to play at the highest level.
The 23-year-old has been linked with a move away from the Hammers after impressing for both club and country in recent seasons. Chelsea and Manchester United are supposedly keen on the midfielder, who has two years' left on his current deal at the London Stadium.

Antonio Rudiger Real Madrid contract details revealed
Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger has agreed to join La Liga champions Real Madrid upon the expiry of his Blues contract at the end of the season, and the details for his staggering contract at the club have been revealed in a report by Sport 1, via Sport Witness, including an eye-watering release clause of almost £350 million.
Chelsea had hoped to keep the Germany international beyond the end of his current contract, but failed to come to terms with a player who has been integral to the success achieved under Thomas Tuchel. In total, it is believed the Blues made three separate offers to the 29-year-old, the last of which would have seen him pick up £230,00-per-week.
The free agent is set to sign a four-year deal at the Bernabeu, despite the fact that Chelsea were prepared to make Rudiger the highest paid defender in the club’s illustrious history, but their offer was blown out of the water by Madrid, with Rudiger set to see his weekly wage jump from £100,000-per-week to a whopping £400,000.

Chelsea to lose out on Marcos Alonso replacement
It’s looking increasingly likely that Chelsea could be in the market for a new left-back this summer after a reported fallout between Thomas Tuchel and Marcos Alonso, although the bust-up has been denied by the club, while the Spaniard is about to enter the final year of his current deal and looks unlikely to be offered an extension.
One of their top targets is Stuttgart's Borna Sosa, who has impressed in the Bundesliga this season, but the west Londoners look as though they are set to miss out on him to Man Utd, with Erik ten Hag keen to make him one of his first signings at Old Trafford, according to Kicker, via football.london.
Alonso has been a regular for the Blues in recent months, filling the void left by Ben Chilwell who suffered a season-ending ACL injury at the end of last year, but there are a few potential replacements for the Spaniard next season including RB Leipzig’s Angelino.
