Chelsea transfer news: Arsenal interested in Kai Havertz deal as Kalidou Koulibaly exit tipped

Arsenal are interested in Chelsea forward Kai Havertz, football.london understands.

Havertz has been heavily linked with a move out of Stamford Bridge after failing to find consistency in his performances. Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich are also monitoring his situation, though the £70million price tag could be an issue.

Koulibaly bidding war

Chelsea are expected to orchestrate a bidding war for defender Kalidou Koulibaly this summer. The centre-back faces an uncertain future at Stamford Bridge after his unimpressive performances last season.

According to Sky Sports, there are a handful of clubs across Europe that are keen on the former Napoli man and Inter Milan are one of the favourites to land him. The report claims that Simone Inzaghi met with the club's hierarchy to discuss their plans for the summer, with Koulibaly mentioned.

La Liga striker targeted

Villarreal striker Nicolas Jackson has emerged as a target for Chelsea this summer, according to the Evening Standard.

The forward could be available for £30million this summer, significantly less than what Harry Kane and Victor Osimhen. Mauricio Pochettino is expected to bolster his frontline ahead of next season and the 21-year-old is one of the candidates to do so.
