Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel is expected to ring the changes over the summer as he attempts to set his squad up for Premier League glory next season.
The Blues' hopes of this season's title are all but over, with a 16-point gap to league leaders Manchester City, and there is uncertainty over the future of Antonio Rudiger, Cesar Azpilicueta and Andreas Christensen with the trio all out of contract in the summer.
Chelsea made a handful of summer signings ahead of the 2021-22 season, including breaking their transfer record for Romelu Lukaku, but didn't rush back into the market in January.
That looks set to change in the close-season, though, with reports suggesting as many as 10 players could be in contention for an exit as Tuchel seeks resources to fund some new additions.

According to The Telegraph, Chelsea were impressed by Tuchel's reluctance to push for 'unnecessary' January signings, and will respond by backing him when it comes to new targets.
One of those signings could see long-term target Jules Kounde move to Stamford Bridge, after Tuchel's side looked into acquiring the Frenchman last summer.
Elsewhere, the Blues could renew their interest in West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice, who spent time in their academy before moving to east London as a teenager.
Meanwhile Aurelien Tchouameni of Monaco is another midfield option, but Chelsea are not expected to make Saul Niguez's loan move permanent with the Spaniard struggling to hold down a first-team spot.
The pursuit of Kounde is likely to be a high priority given the uncertainty at the back, with Barcelona reportedly keen on both Christensen and Azpilicueta.
Rudiger could also end up leaving for nothing, despite Chelsea's efforts to agree new terms with the German international.
French defender Kounde has been a regular for Sevilla under Julen Lopetegui as the Spanish side fly high in La Liga, and the links with Chelsea resurfaced in January after initial interest in the close-season.
In terms of other outgoings, Chelsea are reportedly prepared to listen to offers for Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Ross Barkley, with Conor Gallagher showing enough on loan at Crystal Palace to potentially play a part for his parent club next term.
Timo Werner and Christian Pulisic have both been in and out of the side this season after arriving from the Bundesliga for big money, and interest from clubs in Germany could be enough for Chelsea to let one or both of the forwards move on.
Finally, despite some impressive performances this season, Hakim Ziyech and Kepa Arrizabalaga could both be in line for summer exits.
Former club-record signing Kepa is firmly second choice behind Edouard Mendy, while Ziyech - a 2020 signing from Ajax - could also find himself playing elsewhere next season as Tuchel looks to freshen up his squad.
