Chelsea tipped to sign Liverpool defender as Xabi Alonso's first transfer

Chelsea have been tipped to reunite Jeremie Frimpong with Xabi Alonso this summer as Marc Cucurella eyes the exit door.

Frimpong is only one season into his five-year Liverpool contract, but after being brought in by the since-sacked Arne Slot, his future is somewhat in flux.
