The Chelsea Supporters' Trust have congratulated Todd Boehly's consortium after reaching an agreement to takeover of the west London club. The independent non-profit organisation have given Blues fans a voice throughout the process, and have been vocal in ensuring that Chelsea fall into the right hands once passed over by Roman Abramovich.
The CST statement read: "The Chelsea Supporters' Trust would like to congratulate the consortium led by Boehly on the takeover of Chelsea FC. We wish you every success as the custodian of our club and look forward to a long, constructive and mutually beneficial relationship between you and Chelsea supporters.
"The CST has been very encouraged by the interactions we have had with Mr Boehly and his team over recent months, but the hard work starts now. It is now time to deliver both on and off the pitch in building a successful, inclusive and forward-thinking club with supporters at the forefront."

In March, the supporters' trust released a statement asking for the new owners of the club to confirm their intentions as soon as possible. CST's involvement was pivotal in Rain Group, who led the takeover process, selecting the best new owner.
Chelsea will be under new ownership from Monday after the consortium led by Boehly reached a definitive agreement to complete its £4.25billion purchase from Abramovich. The west London side have kickstarted the tenure at Stamford Bridge in a promising fashion, with the American billionaire seemingly eager to splash the cash this summer.
Boehly's consortium are expected to 'push for A-list signings' to mark a new era at Stamford Bridge, according to the MailOnline. And, with the new ownership group eager to bolster the Blues armoury, The Telegraph indicate that, after player sales are taken into account, Blues boss Thomas Tuchel is set to have £200million at his disposal to strengthen his side.
Boehly and Tuchel are reportedly keen to undergo a rebuild at the club amid an exodus of players, with the likes of Declan Rice, Jules Kounde and Christopher Nkunku all linked with moves.
