Chelsea ’s move for an Enzo Fernandez replacement appears to have fallen through at the 11th hour.
Monaco midfielder Lamine Camara had looked set for a move to Stamford Bridge on transfer deadline day .
However, the Ligue 1 side have pulled out of the deal, after it became clear that Folarin Balogun would be moving to Everton.
Chelsea are understood to be furious and believe Monaco have acted extremely unprofessionally.
Fernandez, meanwhile, looks poised to complete a £125million transfer to Manchester City .
