Chelsea star Wesley Fofana was pictured leaving Stamford Bridge in crutches and a knee brace following his side's victory over AC Milan in the Champions League. The 21-year-old hobbled off in the first-half holding his knee, being substituted for Trevoh Chalobah.
Speaking on BT Sport about the injury, manager Graham Potter said after the game: "We'll have to scan it tomorrow and see how it is. Nothing to report at the moment. That's the one disappointment of the evening."
It appeared to be the only frustration to come from the night for the new boss as his side picked up a much-needed first win in the competition. Ironically, it was the Frenchman who opened the scoring, picking up on a loose ball in the box to fire home the opener and celebrate in front of the home crowd.

The lead was then doubled in the second half as Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored his second in two games, finishing off Reece James' cross to add some comfort to the scoreline. The performance was an improvement on the side's win over Crystal Palace at the weekend, and they continued to pile on the pressure.
Just five minutes after the second goal, they added a third through James. The England international was slipped through on goal by compatriot Raheem Sterling on the right, smashing his close-range effort into the roof of the net emphatically to wrap up the points.
The victory now moves the Blues off the bottom of Group E in the Champions League, with only two points separating every side in the group at the halfway stage. The heat is still on Potter for the next clash, though, playing the return fixture against AC Milan at the San Siro next Tuesday.
However, the availability of Fofana remains to be seen, with the manager refusing to be drawn into speculating the injury after the game. "We don't know yet [the extent of the injury]. We will scan it tomorrow. Fingers crossed. I wouldn't want to speculate on it now, but we're concerned and hope for the best."
With a busy fixture schedule for Chelsea before the World Cup break, there will be hopes that the young defender will be available as soon as possible for selection, especially while he settles into life at the club.
