Glen Johnson believes Chelsea's seven new signings will be "concerned" by Thomas Tuchel's departure from the club last week.
The German was relieved of his duties as Blues head coach on Wednesday of last week. Chelsea's new-look board, including co-owner Todd Boehly, reached the decision because they wanted a coach more suited to the collaborative approach and long-term vision they had. Just over 24 hours after the club's statement regarding Tuchel, Chelsea announced the appointment of Graham Potter.
Potter has taken charge of one match so far in what has been a bizarre week in football terms. Following the passing of Her Majesty The Queen on Thursday of last week, Chelsea have seen two matches – last weekend's clash with Fulham and Liverpool on the coming Sunday – called off.
