Chelsea have an agreement in place in Romelu Lukaku's loan contract which will grant the striker a second season on loan at Inter Milan if he wishes to extend his stay.
The Belgian rejoined the Nerazzurri on a season-long loan in June, just 10 months after sealing a £97.5million transfer from the Serie A champions and becoming the club's most expensive player in their history.
Inter paid around £7m to secure his signature in the temporary deal, which contains no obligation or option to turn it into a permanent transfer in the contract. But it does give Simone Inzaghi's side the option to extend the deal to a second season - and according to The Daily Mail, Chelsea have already agreed 'in principle' to honour those terms.
