Chelsea revive move for Casemiro
Chelsea look set to hand Manchester United a major blow in the race to sign Real Madrid'd Casemiro, according to reports. The 30-year-old has been tentatively linked with a move to the Premier League this summer and with both sides yet to bolster their midfield, interest has grown.
According to 90min, the Blues are long-term admirers of the Brazilian and would be interested in hijacking United's interest. The report adds that the west Londoners have been monitoring the midfielder longer than the Red Devils, which could prove pivotal should talks reach the latter stages.
It's said that Real Madrid could be tempted into doing business if an offer of at least €60million (£51m) is tabled.

United target Aubameyang swoop
Manchester United have handed Chelsea a major blow in the race to sign Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, with a bidding war seemingly now on the cards. football.london understand that talks with Barcelona over the striker's sale are ongoing, though it remains to be seen whether the former Arsenal captain favours a move to west London.
It's said that the Blues boss is eager to reunite with the Gabon international, who prospered under his stewardship in the Bundesliga at Borussia Dortmund. Tuchel has specifically identified Aubameyang as a priority signing before the transfer window slams shut at the start of next month.
But, despite the German's wish, Chelsea face now fresh competition from United for the striker's signature, according to Spanish journalist Gerard Moreno. Erik ten Hag is seemingly eager to bolster his strike force amid the potential exit of Cristiano Ronaldo.
West Ham end Emerson interest
Emerson Palmieri is now unlikely to join West Ham United from Chelsea this summer due to the Italian’s wage demands, football.london understands.
A deal for the left-back had been progressing well, with Chelsea prepared to let Emerson leave in a transfer worth around £15million, including add-ons. However, talks between West Ham and the defender hit a stumbling block over his salary and the Irons are understood to have walked away from discussions, fort now at least.
