Chelsea confirmed their place in the Conference League final as they beat Djurgarden 1-0 at Stamford Bridge.

The Swedish club knew they had a lot to do in Thursday’s second leg following a 4-1 defeat in the first leg, and Chelsea proved too strong again, winning 1-0 thanks to Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall’s first-half goal.
