Leipzig confirm major move
Former RB Leipzig director of football Oliver Mintzlaff will be moving onto a CEO role at Red Bull Group after announcing his resignation from the German club.
This has raised questions over the pre-agreed Christopher Nkunku deal with Chelsea after Todd Boehly acted swiftly to secure a precautionary medical and move to an initial transfer agreement.
However, reports in Germany suggest that the deal is now all but completed and that a transfer is just an announcement away as Graham Potter looks to add attacking quality to his side.

This will come as a major boost for Chelsea, who had previously looked at Mintzlaff as an option for their own sporting director role.

Gallagher makes England squad
Conor Gallagher has been announced as part of Gareth Southgate's 26-man England squad for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
The 22-year-old has had a massive U-turn in form since Thomas Tuchel was sacked by Chelsea and has worked his way into contention just six weeks after being dropped into the England Under-21 squad by Southgate.
Since then, Gallagher has returned to a more natural No.8 role in midfield and scored his first goal for his boyhood club under Graham Potter's management. Gallagher is included in the squad, whereas Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Trevoh Chalobah both missed out.
Mason Mount and Raheem Sterling were also named, as expected.

Boehly to try for ex-Man City wonderkid
Chelsea were keen on signing Southampton's 18-year-old starlet Romeo Lavia just months after he joined from Manchester City.
It is reported that the Blues made a £50m deadline day bid for the former Manchester City academy star, and the teenager has since gone on to impress as one of the best young midfielders so far this season.
Central midfield is arguably the most pressing area of need for Graham Potter, given the injury issues faced by N'Golo Kante and the lack of investment in that position over multiple years. Kante and Jorginho's contracts run out at the end of this season, which only increases the pressing need for new additions.
