Here are your latest football.london Chelsea headlines on Saturday, June 25.
Chelsea favourites to sign Neymar
The Blues are reportedly the favourites to sign Paris Saint-Germain winger Neymar this summer, according to The Daily Star. PSG's re-shuffle this summer has seen both Christopher Galtier and Luis Campos takeover from Maurizio Pochettino and Leonardo respectively.
Campos already wants to make his presence known by selling the 30-year-old this summer but one of Neymar's former agents categorically ruled this out recently stating that his former client wanted to stay to win the Champions League in the French capital. However, despite the Daily Star's report that cited the latest odds, CBS's Ben Jacobs has claimed that the chances of seeing Neymar in Chelsea blue next season are 'pretty slim.'
He tweeted: "No chance of a move to Newcastle. Pretty slim chance of Chelsea currently due to other priority targets. If Neymar goes, and that’s still not his preference, his next destination is more likely to be outside of the Premier League."

Todd Boehly wants Declan Rice this summer
Chelsea's new owner Todd Boehly has Declan Rice hot on Chelsea's transfer 'agenda' this summer and could initiate contact with his camp as early as next week, according to reports.
Dean Jones via Give Me Sport has reported that: "A move for Declan Rice is on the agenda at Chelsea as part of the fast-moving new era of Todd Boehly. Early indications from sources suggest the Blues could even contact West Ham officials in the coming weeks with a fresh approach."
On the contrary, The Telegraph's Matt Law reckons a move for the West Ham star if it was to happen this summer would be done at the rear end of this transfer season.
Regardless, it is going to be a busy summer in SW6 transfers wise with The Telegraph also confirming what football.london knew a while ago that the budget set for Tuchel on this whole squad rebuild is £200million plus any extra generated through player sales.
football.london understands that West Ham will not budge on their £150m valuation of Rice. Of course, the Blues could use David Moyes' interest in a certain Armando Broja to try and get what they want - even if that means building a rapport with the east Londoners to make a move for the Three Lions international next summer more likely.

Matthijs de Ligt 'transfer request'
Chelsea target Matthijs de Ligt has reportedly handed in a 'transfer request' to Juventus after contract talks between himself and the Old Lady broke down.
Corriere dello Sport have run the de Ligt story on the front page of their Friday edition with the translated title of 'De Ligt wants the Premier.' The report goes on to clarify that no agreements could be met on the reduction of the release clause and new terms which he had requested, meaning various English clubs have been alerted of this breakdown in talks.
Chelsea are currently at the front of the queue for a player valued at around £63m currently by Transfermarkt but it is understood that both Manchester clubs would be interested in joining the race if it opens up.
Whether or not Juve accept a lower offer than the current and steep £103m release clause remains to be seen.
