Boehly told to make Felix deal permanent
Chelsea supporters have pleaded with Todd Boehly to sign Joao Felix in the summer on a permanent deal following the forward's first-half volley against West Ham. The 23-year-old was heavily linked with a move to Arsenal and Manchester United throughout the January transfer window, but after the Blues entered the race late he opted for a switch to Stamford Bridge.
The west Londoners are expected to pay Atletico Madrid around £9million for the six-month loan signing of Felix, who has was scouted numerous times ahead of his arrival. According to The Athletic, there is a clause in Felix's deal with Chelsea which 'opens the door to a permanent move' at the end of the season.

If he continues to impress then Boehly could be drawn into heeding the fans' advice. It must be said though, that the details of the reported clause remains unknown, whether it's a first-option, option-to-buy or a release clause.

Fernandez tipped to be the next Makelele and Lampard
Hernan Crespo has lauded Enzo Fernandez as Chelsea's next Claude Makelele and Frank Lampard. The 22-year-old was heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge throughout the January transfer window after impressing for Argentina at the World Cup in Qatar.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, Crespo said: "He [Fernandez] is [Claude] Makelele plus [Frank] Lampard. If you need him in the Makelele position he can play very well. This guy can also smell the goal, good shot from outside the box so if you need him behind the striker, Lampard or [Michael] Essien, he can do it.
"As a manager, having a player that can play in lots of positions, it’s really important in football today. He can do everything as a midfielder. He can be one of the best midfielders in history."

Terry sends Silva message
John Terry has endorsed the contract extension of Thiago Silva with a short, but heartfelt, message on social media. The 38-year-old defender was set to leave the Blues at the end of the season once his previous deal expired but, having continued to impress, he has been rewarded for his efforts.
Silva penned a one-year extension which keeps him at Stamford Bridge until the summer of 2024. With a blue heart, a pen and a clapping emoji, the former Chelsea captain tweeted: "Things you love to see."
