Armando Broja can help Chelsea finally solve the club's age-old striker curse by fulfilling his dream to become the next Cristiano Ronaldo and Harry Kane. Since Didier Drogba left Stamford Bridge seven-years ago, the Blues have struggled to replace the Ivorian with only Diego Costa, Tammy Abraham and Olivier Giroud coming close to replicating the talisman's output.
In a column with The Players' Tribune, Broja vowed to mould his game around Ronaldo and Kane. And, having just recently penned a six-year deal at Chelsea, the west London side look set to harbour one of Europe's leading strikers - should he stay true to his word.
"I know I’ve got high targets," the Albanian international said. "I want to be Albania’s own Harry Kane, Ronaldo or R9. I want to get my country to a World Cup. And when my career is over, I want my name to live on. For Albania. For my Dad."

According to The Sun, Broja is said to have already caught Graham Potter's eye in the few training sessions that he has had with the newly-appointed Chelsea boss. The 47-year-old is believed to be 'raving' about the Albanian's potential and how well he would fit into his system.
Luckily for Potter, Broja penned a deal at Chelsea which keeps him at Stamford Bridge until 2028, where he will develop and 'become a very important player'. Speaking to TribalFootball, former Albania international Nevil Dede said: "We should see how fast he will develop or mature, the only thing that I wish for him is that he has his health and plays as many minutes as possible.
"He is at a great club where he can be developed and become a very important player. Also, for his age, he's already becoming perhaps the most important player Albania has."
Dede continued by recalling his first impression of Broja and detailing the striker's impressive qualities. He said: "When I first saw Broja, I thought he had to be from another nation and not like us because I could see some qualities in him that I had never seen before in Albanian players. He has great speed in contrast to other Albanian players, I just haven't ever seen someone with these qualities."
